Cincinnati Chapter

Cincinnati OTSE (Ohioans to Stop Executions)

A group of local Cincinnatians interested in the issue of the death penalty and in ending executions in the State of Ohio. We are a chapter that meets monthly. We are an affiliate of the statewide OTSE, working to end the death penalty in Ohio. This work includes a moratorium resolution campaign, a speakers bureau, film screenings, petition-gathering, media monitoring, writing letters to the editor, and grassroots organizing efforts. IJPC participates in the statewide Ohio team which helps direct the statewide strategy of Ohioans to Stop Executions and supports local implementation of the plan to bring about a study and moratorium on the death penalty.

Regular meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Peaslee Neighborhood Center.
