After fighting for over two years, the Metropole Tenant Association, with help from the Greater Cincinnati Homeless Coalition, settled their civil rights and fair housing lawsuit against 3CDC, Model Management, Showe Properties, Housing and Urban Development, and the City of Cincinnati. This is the first time in Cincinnati history that a group of Tenants of affordable housing, who have been displaced, have received a monetary settlement.
